Van Wagner (and his hat) do the Pub Hang

From Van:
I’m gonna ride my pony into town with a guitar slung over my back. I will throw down the best songs I can about loggers, ridge runners, and mountain lions. I will take a few Blue Heron pale ales and head down the same path I rode in on. I will likely be sporting a black Pennsylvania hat.

I’m not sure of the year of this photo but I’m pretty sure Pete Rose played for the Phillies at the time.
