w/arugula, apple, pickled shallot + aged cheddar w/ lemon + olive oil

w/ lardons, local root vegetables, caramelized pearl onions, wild mushroom, garlic, thyme, Simmered in Happy Valley Meritage

Grilled Local Steak w/ maple green peppercorn smoked chicken liver pate w/ frites + creamed spinach

w/ egg noodles, swiss chard, sage + basil gremulata
