Elk Creek Cafe + Aleworks invites you to enjoy some devilishly delectable dark treats. For the first time, our annual Day of Delicious Darkness will feature treasures from our own cellars as well as savory dark offerings from the cellars of some notable Pennsylvania breweries. All featured guest offerings will be selected from breweries employing graduates or students of the Pennsylvania College of Technology’s Brewing and Fermentation Science program taught by Elk Creek’s own Master Brewer, Tim Yarrington. Be sure to be present for this unique, exclusive tasting experience complimented by Chef Cutty’s creative culinary chalk board offerings.
