Songwriter Erin Condo has a strong musical home in Millheim, Pennsylvania, where she plays with her band “The Hoofties. Normally associated with Jazz outfits, Kevin Lowe is more than a drummer; he’s the holder of the knowledge, chord progressions, and harmonies. He is the glue. John Kennedy is the bass player, baby entertainer, musical fact checker, sports enthusiast and band cheerleader. And Wiggus. What to say about Wiggus, other than he’s the man in charge, the producer extraordinaire, the visionary, and the backbone of the whole operation.
For a few special shows a year, Erin Condo and the Hoofties bring out an all-star horn section. At the Elk Creek Cafe show on April 29, the Hoofties will be joined by Rick Hirsch on Soprano Sax, Jeff Smith on Trumpet, Jay Vonada on Trombone, and Benjamin Kim on Baritone Sax.
Erin Condo and the Hoofties make playing at the Elk Creek Cafe a real event. The Hoofties and the Love & Lighting band bring a new dimension to Erin’s songs that will keep you on your feet.
