Back due to popular demand, we’re turning our valley pub into a Mexican Cantina!

Our Mexican menu includes starters and main dishes.

Starters:
Black Bean Dip (vg + GF) w/ house-made tortilla chips
Salsa and Guacamole
Pico de Gallo, and Guacamole w/ house-made tortilla chips
Shrimp Quesadilla served w/ Pico de Gallo + Sour Cream

Main Dishes:
Taco Salad – Local chopped greens, Pico de Gallo, black beans, +avocado w/ chipotle ranch + house-made tortilla chips
Fish Tacos – Battered Cod, Lime cilantro slaw, Pico de Gallo, + soft flour tortilla
Chicken Enchiladas – Adobo chicken, cheese, chiles + onion, layered with corn tortillas, and covered w/ enchilada sauce  w/ Mexican rice + Refried Beans
Carne Asada – Marinated Flank Steak, served w/ Mexican rice + Refried Beans
Pork Carnitas – Braised Cow-a- Hen Farm pork shoulder, w/ salsa Verde, lettuce, + soft flour tortillas, served w/ Mexican rice + Refried Beans
