~ Grilled steak with Braai Sout, a seasoning mixture of sea salt, coriander, cumin, clove, cinnamon and ginger

~ Grilled Lamb Sosaties with pomegranate mint chutney  

~ Seared trout with with pasta, berebere spice and house made cheese

~ Seared Boerwors sausage

~ Duck Piri Piri – duck breast roasted with garlic, honey, whiskey, lemon, onion, sweet and hot peppers 

~ Marrakech Vegetable Curry – sweet potato, spinach, eggplant, red pepper, carrot, onion seasoned with cardamom, raisins, nutmeg, olive oil and orange

~ All dishes will be served over jollof couscous, with fresh tomatoes, green onions, garlic, bay leaf and thyme

~ Salad of tomato, cucumber and zucchini, with herbs and African spices
